We cordially invite organizations including pharmaceutical companies to participate in the
Delaware Pharmacists Society (DPS) annual convention Exhibitor Hall!
Exhibiting at the DPS Annual Convention offers you tremendous exposure to a vital segment of
Delaware pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy students. This year the Exhibitor
Hall will be open from 12 to 2 pm on Monday June 1, 2026. The exhibitor hall will take place during the lunch break . This is your opportunity to inform pharmacists of your products and services, enhance your corporate image, and meet and interface with Delaware pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy students who are active in their profession.
We anticipate about 30-40 attendees.
Booth Sizes and Prices
Booth sizes are approximately 8 feet by 2.5 feet. The exhibitor fee is $495 ($395 before April 30,
2026) which includes the exhibit space and refreshments.
Exhibit Times
The exposition will be held between the hours of 12 pm to 2 pm. Convention attendees will be
able to visit the various exhibits during that time.
Booth Allocation
Exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. The application should be sent
promptly, along with the required payment of $495.00 to assure a location.
Virtual Sponsorship Opportunities
$99- advertisement to be shown in between the CE programs
$199- 5 to 7-minute pre-recorded video to be shown in between the CE programs
$249- 5 to 7-minute live presentation (will have 10-minute slot total to allow for any Q&A)
Sponsorship Levels
$2,500 or more- Platinum
$1,000 to $2,499- Gold
$500 to $999- Silver
$499 or less- Bronze
All sponsors will have their company name listed on our website, social media pages, and our
event program. For all sponsors who contribute over $395, their contribution will include a
table in our exhibitor hall on Monday June 1, 2026 from 12-2pm.
